The villa is divided into 6 apartments, all on the first floor, two of which are accessible by an external staircase. We access from the ground floor to a large living room and dining area with direct access to the garden and a beautiful loggia equipped for alfresco dining, a large industrial and completely equipped kitchen with access to a small loggia with washing machine.

The villa is located in a hilly area sorrounded by woods and cultivated fields in the Casentino area, an land rich in history, such as the sanctuaries of La Verna and Camaldoli.
