Very modern 3 bedroom villa with private pool, just 600m from the beach. The villa is close to the souvenir shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and entertainment. The villa can accommodate up to 6 people, with 2 x double rooms, 1x twin room with bunk beds and a sofa bed. The highlight is the bedroom on the first floor. It has a walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom, lots of space and a balcony! A very modern kitchen with fridge / freezer, dishwasher, oven, 4 rings, coffee machine, microwave, iron / board, all utensils etc. There is also a dining room, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite in bedroom 1), large living room with fireplace and TV, music system, DVD, radio, outdoor terrace with swimming pool (approx. 7 x 4 meters) and barbecue. In winter we charge an additional 100.00 euros per week for heating. The general check-in time is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 12:00 p.m. Changes are possible on request.
