This villa is offered at lower rates for use of 2, 3 BRs Welcome to beautiful Villa Beauvoir, a spectacular, fully renovated villa located in the guard gated community of Orient Bay Village, and is within walking distance of St. Martin's famous and beautiful Orient Beach. After undergoing a total rehab after Hurricane Irma, the villa is in gorgeous condition and now offers a brand new modern kitchen, all new bathrooms, all new furnishings, new decor and soft goods. In addition, the wooden deck around the pool has been expanded for more sun lounging space. The villa is perched on a hilltop with stunning views of the islands of Tintamarre and Pinel, and a bird's eye view of Le Village de la Baie Orientale, an oasis of white sand beaches and colorful Caribbean homes. The villa has a large master bedroom with ensuite bath including shower and bath tub! The 3 other bedrooms are in the opposite side of the villa and have 3 private bathrooms. One Bedroom has a full bath across the hall. In one of the bedrooms, there is a mezzanine (open loft) with two twin beds (no bathroom). Ideal for big families! There is no charge for use of the loft when the villa is rented at the 3 BR or 4 BR rate. Inquire about the lower 2 BR rate for up to four persons. See rates below... The spacious living and dining rooms open onto to an enormous deck and pool area which allow the breezes to flow through the villa. The entertainment amenities include satellite TV, a DVD player, a CD player and internet access. No air conditioning in the open space living areas, however, there is generally a nice breeze. The lovely fresh water pool was resurfaced and retiled and now sports an expanded wooden deck, gazebo with dining table, and plush outdoor seating. From the terrace one can enjoy expansive views of the Caribbean Sea and the village below. Villa Beauvoir is about a 10-12 minute walk to the beach, passing the charming village square with its selection of lovely restaurants and shops.
