The design combines style and functionality, with charred ironbark cladding, handcrafted sandstone blade walls, and exceptional finishes throughout. The main living area is open plan, with floor-to-ceiling glass walls bringing the outdoors in. A well-appointed lounge is separated from the gourmet kitchen and dining area by a double-sided combustion fireplace. The home has two bedrooms—one with a king bed and one with two king singles—and a bathroom featuring a bath, shower, and toilet. Both bedrooms are oriented to maximise views of the escarpment and bushland. A laundry with washing machine and dryer adds extra convenience.
Villa Arbosana is equipped with a smart TV (please bring your own streaming logins) and complimentary WiFi. While the property has a reliable Starlink connection, connectivity cannot be guaranteed 100%, and no compensation is offered for disruptions.
