For weekly rentals, check-in days are Sunday to Sunday, Mini weeks are available any day of the week for check in with 3 night-stay minimum. Check-in: 3PM Check-out: 10AM This property owner does not allow group rentals to anyone under the age of 21. Any online booking for a group rental will not be honored until agreed upon with owner. This three-bedroom, three-full bath condo has two furnished balconies overlooking the excitement of downtown Ocean City This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week or as long as you would like your vacation to last. The spacious living room is furnished with a comfy/cozy couch, a matching love seat, an armchair, and a television with DVD, Cable and Netflix for your entertainment. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for meals with the family. Also off the living area is a Full bathroom with a stand up shower.
