Ein kleiner idyllischer Bachlauf plätschert durch Ihre private Liegewiese und lässt Sie neben grünen Wiesen und Wäldern Ihren Alltagsstress vergessen. Unsere im ländlichen Stil eingerichteten Wohnungen befinden sich in ruhiger sonniger süd-west Lage. Unsere großzügigen Wohnungen verfügen über getrennte Wohn - Schlafräume, Holz oder Lamminatböden, Bad mit DU/WC, Küche teils mit Geschirrspüler, mit Balkon oder Terrasse und Liegewiese.WLAN ist für unsere Gäste kostenlos. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt. Durch die Nähe zu Salzburg, Berchtesgaden und Bad Reichenhall sind wir idealer Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigungen - Berg-Rad und Wandertouren. Im nahe gelegenen Österreich und Berchtesgaden kommt im Winter der Skispaß für Anfänger und Könner nicht zu kurz. 1,5 km entfernt von unserem Hause befindet sich eine wunderschöne beleuchtete Rodelbahn. Haustiere sind nur nach Rücksprache willkommen.
In unserer ländlich eingerichteten Ferienwohnung wohnen Sie auf zwei Etagen. Im Erdgeschoß befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer - eines mit einem Doppelbett, eines mit zwei Einzelbetten. Von hier betreten Sie unsere glasüberdachte Terrasse und Liegewiese an einem idyllischen Bachlauf mit Bergpanorama - ein geradezu idealer Platz zum Grillen.
Von den Schafzimmern im Erdgeschoss führt eine Treppe nach oben in ein Durchgangszimmer mit einem weiterem Doppelbett. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC und die Küche mit Sitzecke und Fernseher runden das Raumangebot im Obergeschoss ab.
Kostenfreies WLan. Unsere Räume sind mit Fußböden aus Holz oder Laminat ausgestattet. Ein Kinderreisebett stellen wir Ihnen gerne zur Verfügung.
