Villa Verde is a secluded and quiet getaway, yet 3 doors away from the beach in the heart of Miramar, on private Windancer Lane.
Villa Verde’s tree-lined drive welcomes you to our two-story, wrap-around veranda home. Step thru the veranda entry and feel the calm and privacy of our lushly landscaped pool and our spacious backyard courtyard shaded by enormous palms. Third-story decks provide for lovely vantage points of the Emerald Coast.
This low-stress getaway allows for maximum fun in the sun with deeded private access beach just yards away, or escape a windy day and enjoy the shaded pool sitting on the wrap-around veranda.
Private access beach is a mere two-minute walk across the small private condo parking lot where white sand beaches await, a stay at Villa Verde provides the convenience of access to the private condominium amenities including a on the beach, private members-only bathrooms, and rinse showers make for stress-free enjoyment. Or if you prefer, use the private outdoor shower back at Villa Verde.
If you run out of places to sit and relax, head up to the third-story decks off the bunk room and take in lovely vantage points of the Emerald Coast.
With brand new renovations throughout, this already fantastic home will be even more luxurious! You will find a wonderful blend of coastal luxury with the comforts of your own home.
Entry to the property is through an extensive wraparound porch. Guests will enter the home through an open, renovated kitchen that is fully stocked and appointed for a chef's delight. One of two large den/living flex spaces surround the kitchen, and the first level is completed with an enormous master bedroom and bathroom- one of the largest you will find in this area.
Taking the stairs to the second level, guests will find the second and third guest bedrooms, separated by a hallway for plenty of privacy and space. The bunk room and accompanying built in bunks also complete the sleeping areas of this home, to provide occupancy to suit a variety of parties, and comfortably sleep all guests.
Because we want you to enjoy your stay, we’ve added an OK2Charge EV charger. Before your stay, you will receive an activation email to register for the service or simply scan the QR code on the face of the charger when you arrive.

Guests must be above the age of 25, or must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are not welcome to accompany their families at this home, events are not allowed and it is a strictly non smoking property.
