Come and relax in this lovely, quiet and bright family house, located 800m from the coast. This functional house for 8 people is ideal for a holiday with family or friends.
On the ground floor, you will discover a large living room open onto the terrace, including a living room, a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room. You will also find a bedroom with a small bathroom with a shower. This room is suitable for a person with reduced mobility, however it is not suitable for a person in a wheelchair. The shower is equipped with a removable seat and the toilet on the ground floor is equipped with a bar.
On the first floor you have access to a nice mezzanine with 3 bedrooms, WC and bathroom. The 1st bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds (90x190). The 2nd bedroom has a double bed 140x190 and the last bedroom has 2 beds, a double bed 160x200 and a single bed 90x190. This floor is also equipped with a bathroom with bathtub, a toilet and an office on the mezzanine.
You can enjoy the sunshine on a pleasant terrace, equipped with a table, chairs and deckchairs, or take advantage of a pretty enclosed garden with trees.
This house is also equipped with a garage with washing machine, dryer and cooker. This garage can also be used to store bicycles, paddles, kayaks, windsurfers, etc.
