At 1,070 ft elevation, our home enjoys cool evenings and gentle mountain breezes—often much more comfortable than the lower-elevation downtown area. With this pleasant climate, there’s no need for AC. Six ceiling and two floor fans are provided.
Beach Supplies:
We’re happy to provide a beach umbrella, 3 beach chairs, 3 boogie boards, and one snorkel set for you to enjoy during your stay. Please use them responsibly and at your own risk. By using these items, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or property damage that may occur.
Quiet Hours:
Kailua-Kona has a noise curfew between the hours of 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and let the sounds of the island carry you to sleep.

TRASH DISPOSAL
Place all trash in the designated bin located in the east side of the garage. There is no recycling on the island, so treat all waste as trash.
GENERAL GUIDELINES

No Commercial Use: Photography or videography for commercial purposes is not allowed without prior approval.
Lock Up: Ensure all doors locked and windows are open when leaving.
