This 960 sq ft cottage is nestled at the back of a 2 acre yard on the second floor above an open air garage. The cottage is surrounded by a fair amount of trees that give it a treehouse feel. The cottage layout consists of 1 bedroom, 1 large bathroom, an open kitchen and living room, a large covered lanai and a private yard that is fenced with a 6 foot wooden privacy fence.
