Once the home of Tim ("Home Improvement") Allen, this one of a kind lakefront is on the very tip of Gilner Point with breathtaking, unobstructed 270-degree views of the lake and mountains! ~ Level, landscaped lot, with 130 feet of shoreline that wraps around the house giving a feeling of privacy from the neighbors, while enjoying the deepwater lakefront location, direct sun exposure on the two-slip boat dock, and westerly sunset views ~ This spectacular home features large picture and bay windows throughout to enjoy the scenery from nearly every room in the house ~ Custom build and design with 6 bedrooms (one is a loft), including 2 master suites, 6 bathrooms total (each bedroom has its own bathroom), kitchen with a pantry and breakfast bar, a dining room, family room, den, game room with a pool table and other entertainment options, an office, and hot tub ~ And there's many more great features ~ You've got to see it in person to truly realize the magnificence of this place!
