The Bubble is a 2000 sq ft 3 bedroom 3 full bath "one of a kind" beach cottage with decades of memories with family and friends. This property is sure to delight. Newly renovated in 2014 and welcoming to share with other families. Parking is available for 2-3 cars in the semi-circle drive and a permit for street parking (anywhere in Rehoboth). Enter the huge front porch that spans the width of the cottage 36' - here you can relax with comfortable seating, ocean air breezes and a table perfect for eating hard shell crabs with a large group. Inside, the family room and huge gourmet kitchen combine to create a 'great room' with high ceilings and lots of natural light from the "Bubble". All three bedrooms include its own HDTV, individually zoned AC, a full bath , beds for sleeping 2 adults and starlight from Bubble. Brand new large sunroom addition with an elevated ceiling, HDTV, plenty of seating ,lots of windows and an exit door to a deck with picnic table , BBQ grill and Outdoor shower. If you like the cottage, you'll love the location. Super convenient with a 1 minute walk to "The Avenue" to enjoy the boutique shops and excellent restaurants as you make your way to the boardwalk and beach. There's an awesome private beach, just north of the boardwalk beach that you can drive to in 5 minutes. Beach has private parking, accessible restrooms, a snack shack and a beach chair/umbrella rental - Beach is less crowded than the boardwalk beach with a free parking pass included in rental . There's so much to do with outlet shopping very accessible in a few minutes drive, awesome biking to the State park up to Lewes, more restaurants on Route 1, boating just a few minutes south in Dewey Beach and much, much more.
