The Loon Song Cabin is located on Kitten Lake, which is part of the Wildcat 3 chain Lakes. Fishermen enjoy being on a 375 acre class A Musky Lake. Formerly part of the well-respected Wildcat Lodge and Resort, the 9 cabins and homes are now privately owned yet still have access to popular amenities.
Sought after amenities include an aluminum 14' fishing boat, kayaks (2 single, 1 dbl), and private dock with plenty of space for your watercraft. Beautiful accommodations with a view of the lake from a screened in porch room. For your pleasure there is free guest WiFi provided from Starlink. The Heart of Vilas County Bike Trail is fully paved and appropriate for all types of bicycles. The system includes the popular Crystal Lake Trail, which runs from downtown Boulder Junction past Trout Lake to the Crystal Lake Campground, where you’ll find a picnic area and beach. The new west portion of the trail is host to multiple scenic bridges and crosses over the rapids of the Manitowish River and Rice Creek. Also along this part of the trail system is Nichols Beach, a great place for picnicking and swimming. Downtown Boulder Junction is the heart of this expansive trail system.
