Welcome to my 55M2 apartment, a spacious and recently renovated apartment for 4 to 6 people.

There are 4 beds in the flat. 1 double bed, 2 single beds (bunk beds), 1 double sofa bed.

You will have access to one master bedroom with a private flat TV screen and private access to the bathroom.

There is also another bedroom with two bunk beds. There's a baby cot and high chair available for your convenience.

You can enjoy the kitchen, which is open and fully equipped: dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven...
The living room has a very comfortable sofa bed, perfect for two people.

There is also a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board at your disposal.

Room service has been set up with the Café-Restaurant downstairs; you will be able to order everything you need directly in the apartment.

The accommodation on the 1st floor with elevator in a historic building where the famous poet Paul VERLAINE lived.

Also, Air conditioning is at your convenience in the flat.

The property is in a living district with restaurants, shops and events during the week-end and summer.

Formerly a working-class district, the XIth arrondissement is now one of the most ""trendy"" districts of the capital, especially on the Place de la Bastille side with many bars with different atmospheres. The district is also rich in theatres and concert halls, such as the Bataclan, the Bastille theatre and the Balajo. You can also enjoy yourself at the Cirque d'Hiver and the Bastille Opera.
Moreover, it is the most festive district of Paris, thanks to its multitude of bars and restaurants, full of life and madness on the Bastille side, more chic towards Oberkampf. But you can also enjoy the peace and quiet of the hidden cities, including the Cité du Figuier and the Cité Durmar, or take a stroll along the Canal Saint-Martin.

The subway station BASTILLE (ligne 1, 5, and 8) is a 3-minute walk from the flat. It is direct for most of the places of interest in Paris : the Champs Elysees, the Marais, the Louvre Museum, the Garnier Opera, the Grands Magasins (Galeries Lafayette, Printemps and BHV), the Place de la Madeleine, the Place de la Concorde, the Arc de Triomphe, the business district La Défense,...). The train station Gare de Lyon is only a 16-minute walk. You can also find there the automatic line 14 which can lead you to the heart of Paris. Nearby the flat, you will find many buses stations as well as Vélib bike stations (to rent a bike).

Please note we do charge a 20€ late check-in fee after 10 PM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us.

Furthermore, the apartment is very well insulated but you may find the area a bit noisy, especially on Friday and Saturday evenings.
