One of the most unique homes yet at Cinnamon shore, this custom-built beach house offers 4,606 square feet of living space that showcases impressive details in every nook. From inventive backsplashes and built-in cabinetry to a gorgeous tiled staircase and a vaulted ceiling made of reclaimed Pennsylvania barn wood, the craftsmanship throughout the home makes it truly unique.
The first floor provides both gathering spaces and private retreats. The shuffleboard table in the family room invites friendly competition, but just around the corner, a queen bedroom with a private deck provides quiet spaces to wind down. The kids’ bunkroom feels ship-tight, with nautical detailing, and the bathroom for both bedrooms features a spacious walk-in shower. Built-in shelving houses a board game collection to keep everyone busy. A primary suite on the lower level exudes serenity with a sea blue color scheme, and its own spacious bathroom with an oversize, walk-in shower.
Head upstairs by way of the spectacular staircase, an architectural marvel itself. The second floor houses the main living area and an expansive, state-of-the-art kitchen. The open-plan rooms face a wall of windows with views to the Gulf and open onto a breezy deck that’s lined with Adirondack-style, bar-height tables and chairs. And there’s an impressive grill for steak night.
The kitchen offers bar stool seating, a nearby dining area, and a sink with Gulf views. A six-range, gas stove top, two ovens, and two dishwashers help the cook in the family prepare for a crowd and entertain with ease. Two ice makers ensure plenty of summer cocktails, and coffee lovers will appreciate both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. The adjoining living room, flooded with natural light, features slate blue upholstery on cozy seating near the fireplace.
The third floor is dedicated to the luxurious primary suite. At the top of the stairs, a full wet bar is equipped with a stand-alone ice machine and full-sized wine refrigerator, making it easy to make a drink on the way to the beach. A small sitting area leads into the primary suite, with its driftwood grey-and-white color scheme. Beneath a contemporary-style chandelier, the primary bathroom’s soaking tub has views of the Gulf, and a walk-in shower offers options for a quick rinse after beach time.

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.
Barefoot Beach is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Barefoot Beach the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family beach trip moved to another level in this beautiful home! Plenty of space for 4 families ! The upstairs and downstairs living areas were perfect when the kids needed a place to chill ! I wondered if the sand dunes would block our ocean views, it there were no issues at all! Great views of the beach and ocean! The master suite and bathroom was like something out of a magazine!! The kitchen was massive and there were 3 ice makers!
