**Security/damage HOLD of $500 is REFUNDABLE and returned within 5-days after your stay is complete.
**PARKING fee is collected by the resort via express check-in or at arrival ($12-$15 per car/night). I will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking fees are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated.
**Complimentary use of Owner's GOLF CART for licensed drivers age 21+. Golf Cart Waiver required. Driver's License upload Required for each driver
**MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the house. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS.
