And you can walk across the street to the fish pier and watch the boats unload the day's catch to decide what's for dinner. Inside the main home you will find plenty of living space on the main floor for your group of 12 to stretch out. The very large main living room is a wonderful spot to plan the day's activities, enjoy a great book or play board games. All with a view! There is also a separate den for TV watching. The kitchen and dining area have what you need to cook up the catch of the day. There is also a large deck off the back of the home and the front. Upstairs you'll find 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom has an expansive deck with beautiful views. The home features central AC, WiFi and an outdoor shower. The guest house is a separate structure with 2 additional bedrooms upstairs and living area downstairs. And there is a small kitchen as well. The owners will have window AC units for 2017.
