The beach and private access steps are only 3 houses away...Sunsets over the sound on the Duck boardwalk (loaded with water fowl) are within a short walk to the end of this street.
Perfect for solo retreats, couples get away or for introverts that do not want to stay in the larger homes with 60 of their family members! This is an ideal spot to start that book or finish that painting! It lends itself to being at peace and letting wordly cares drift out to sea. RELAX at this unique and tranquil getaway.

This is the downstairs unit of my private home, so NO STEPS, yay, however one may hear foot or paw steps, but we are very respectful.
