Island House is Sea Colony's closest-to-ocean high rise condominium . . . you feel like you are on the dunes! Wake up to one of the best views in Sea Colony from our 7th floor, oceanfront condo! Our condo does not look into the other high rise buildings as do so many other Sea Colony units nor does it overlook a noisy pool. Please read reviews where our guests rave about our immaculate, renovated condo with amazing views. Enjoy the sight and sound of the beach and surf from the master bedroom, living and dining rooms, and kitchen! Looking south from the balcony, take in the view of South Bethany, Ocean City, and the bay! Sea Colony's private beach in front of Island House is the least crowded part of Sea Colony's 1/2 mile of private beach.
Our immaculate three bedroom, two bathroom Condominium is located on the seventh floor of the Island House Building in Sea Colony East.
Extensive renovation in 2010. Entire condo was repainted in April 2020. New hard surface flooring replaced carpet in all bedrooms. No carpeted floors remain in the condo.
New Master Bedroom Furniture with extremely comfortable King Size Bed! Our condo features a completely renovated, new gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and all new stainless steel appliances. Keurig and 10-cup drip coffee pots are available for your use in the kitchen, as well as a waffle iron, crock pot, blender, toaster and extensive inventory of pots and pans, baking dishes, etc. New solid core interior doors have been installed to increase privacy in each of the bedrooms and bathrooms! Our condo is tastefully decorated in a tropical motif. The living room features a large sectional upgraded sleeper sofa and new 50" Smart TV for when you need a break from the beach! Dining table seats six people with additional seating for two at the serving bar.
The master bedroom features a comfortable King-size bed with adjoining master bathroom with tub and shower. The master bedroom has a new 40” Smart TV. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and a 40” Smart TV while the third bedroom is perfect for the kids with a bunkbed which includes a comfy, full-size mattress on the bottom bunk, twin on the top bunk with twin trundle. The bunkbed bedroom has a 40” Smart TV.
Guests have access to our beach locker located in the covered parking area under the building. There are 6 beach chairs and an umbrella for guest use.
