Located at the north end of Sea Colony, this 2nd floor garden suite condo in one of only 2 garden buildings offers some enhanced privacy not available in the high-rises. The balcony faces North Bethany and has a partial view of the ocean. The Garfield Street shops and the boardwalk are just a ten-minute walk.
Access the unit by one or two flights of stairs. From the parking level the elevator in the adjacent high rise can be taken to the first-floor promenade, cross that to the garden building and then up 1 flight of stairs. No waiting for the elevator when coming up from the beach!
Well equipped kitchen that has been remodeled with a spacious opening to the dining area. Accommodates 5 with a queen and single bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room. This unit also boasts a rare 2 reserved parking spaces with one directly under the building (Recreation rules require that for 2 parking permits you must purchase minimum 3 rec badges). Linens are not included with rental but may be rented locally.
Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests 4 and older. This fee provides for the features you enjoy - the gated security of this private community, 12 pools, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, pickleball courts, state of the art Freeman Fitness Center, Edgewater Exercise Room, walking trails around lakes and ponds, community tram/shuttle and loads of activities you can review here https://www.seacolony.com/activities. There is so much to do in Sea Colony that is not available in the rest of Bethany Beach.
The badges are purchased when you pick up your parking permit on arrival at the Beach Shoppe, located at 33548 Market Place, Unit #4, Bethany Beach, DE 19930. Please note: you must show your rental contract and owner authorization letter when purchasing badges. Badges cannot be purchased without these documents.
