Redfish Cove is a beautiful luxury custom home located on 60 quiet private acres at the west end of Galveston, 4 miles east of the San Luis Pass. Perfect for a family vacation or a peaceful getaway, home is designed to be both a relaxing and activity filled retreat for all! The house has fully furnished wrap-around porches on both the 2nd and 3rd levels allowing for perfect views of the sunrise and sunset. The house has a 2 full sized pickelball courts and a basketball sport court, a large infinity-edge swimming pool (not heated) and spa (heated) with unobstructed bay views.
The covered ground/pool entertaining level has a 65 inch flat screen outdoor television, comfortable seating, a bar-height table that seats 6, a powder bath, outdoor shower and both a gas and charcoal grill. The property has 250 feet of bulkhead and a boat dock jutting over 100 feet out in the bay with fishing lights for amazing day and nighttime fishing.
Inside the house, the main living room, dining room, and kitchen are a large open space, which is perfect for hosting large groups. On the main living level, Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and a full bathroom with a walk in shower. On level 2, Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds, a full bath with a tub/shower combo and a flat screen TV. Bedroom 3 has a king bed, a full size bath with a walk in shower, and a flat screen TV. The Master Suite is also on level 2 and is a retreat in its own. This beautiful bedroom has its own AC unit, a 55 inch flat screen TV and an expansive master bathroom with a large walk in shower and free standing tub. The bunk room is on level 3. It has 4 built-in bunk beds, a ping pong table, 65 inch flat screen TV, Sony Playstation and a wide variety of games and puzzles. The bunk room bathroom has 1 shower, 2 separate toilets and 2 sinks.
*We do not accept prom groups or bachelor/bachelorette parties.
*The renter and at least half of the group must be over 25 years of age (with the exception of families and written approval by the Owner).
*No more than 14 people on the property at any given time.
*Groups must comply with neighborhood quiet hours from 10:00PM - 8:00AM.
If these policies are violated, you will be asked to vacate the property and forfeit rental payments and security deposit.
