The house itself overlooks the beach, Playa Rosada, one of the most beautiful, secluded beaches with a world class surf break. You can float in the pool or lay in bed and watch the surf without raising head from pillow. No need to get in your car to go to the beach. It is a 2 minute walk. Playa Rosada includes an intimate restaurant. Finish your surf session with a cold beverage and delicious food while watching your friends surf into the sunset.
Access to the house is easy. A brick driveway leads to parking in private carport. There is a short, same level walk from carport to front door that is great for children, elderly or carrying groceries and luggage.
All rooms have air conditioning but the breezy climate and screens let you open the windows and enjoy the natural elements including the sounds of birds and crashing surf.
