Sand Shark is set well off the street in Marstons Mills on a private lane just minutes to beaches, ponds, shopping, golf courses and several walking trails. Bring your boat, plenty of parking! The first floor features a newer eat-in kitchen, an updated bathroom, a master bedroom and a large sectional in the living room with tv. The walkout lower level has a full bath with shower, a full bed, a single bed, a table, couch and a large smart tv. Perfect place for the kids to hangout after a fun day at the beach! Mashpee Commons, many beaches and lakes, golf courses, restaurants, the Cotuit Center for the Arts, and the Cotuit Kettleers Baseball fields are all just a short drive away. We offer a fire pit for evening outside fun and corn hole to play in the large flat yard. Sand Shark is a perfect home base to explore all that Cape Cod offers. Summary: This place isn't fancy but it is clean and well cared for. My daughter liked having her own private suite downstairs which would be great for other teenagers and young adults traveling with family. You have to drive to the beaches, but everything is 10 - 30 minutes away. Nice, quiet yard and plenty of room if you have to park a boat or camper. The fire pit has potential! Although we barely communicated with the hosts (we were on the go the whole time), they were excellent. We would definitely stay here again!
