There are multiple options for recreation as Cassine Village has two swimming pools, two tennis courts, a basketball hoop and several different hiking trails. This charming Seagrove neighborhood is the perfect place for both an active and relaxing vacation at the beach! Pelican's Roost features a large open living space complete with a living room, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen offers granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. On the first floor you will also find the master bedroom with a king bed and attached master bathroom. The first floor also has a king guest room and queen bedroom with a shared hall bath. On the second floor you will find the rest of the sleeping arrangements with a queen guest room and a guest room fitted with two twin beds. The second floor is also home to a shared full bath. We are excited to have you stay with us! Oversee Rentals is a small locally owned company comprised of hard-working professionals passionate about providing a clean home and consistent experience for our guests. Our local office is located within 10 miles of this home. We are open seven days a week and operate a 24/7 emergency line. If you need anything during your stay, please let us know.
