Summary: Didn’t care for the communication with the property management. The people at the hotel were wonderful, especially Olivia. She took care of our situation. Our reservation was canceled, even though the property management team in Chicago already took the payment from our account. There was a lot of conflicting information that was sent to us too, but everything got straightened out at the hotel.
