Description
Beautiful apartment with shared swimming pool, in Monte Petrosu, one kilometer from the beach of Cala Girgolu,, 300 m from bars, restaurants, etc 8 kilometers from San Teodoro.
Apartment on the terraced floor, it has two very large and ventilated verandas equipped for eating outside, large living room with double sofa bed, kitchen, 1 bathrooms, double bedroom, another bedroom.
Equipped with all the comforts, wi-fi, it has a strategic position to enjoy your holiday to the fullest.
The accommodation
The apartment is very spacious and airy with large half-covered terraces for outdoor dining, the kitchen is well equipped and a BBQ is available on request.
The residence is in an optimal position to move safely on the coast, at 150 meters there is a tobacconist's bar, restaurant and pizzeria,
the structure is new and well maintained, the swimming pool is large and sunny with umbrellas and deck chairs.
The nearest beach is about a kilometer away, San Teodoro about 5 kilometers, continuing along the coastal road every few kilometers you will find beaches one more beautiful than the other.
The apartments are all the same and with the same characteristics, I can vary slightly from the photos.
All my guests are entitled to a discount for excursions to the islands of Maddalena and Corsica. When you arrive, remember to book your excursion by boat or raft, it is a unique experience.
