Guests enter Salty Lime by walking up the exterior stairs in the front yard to the front porch of the home. Once you enter the front door, you will find a great room that includes two seating areas, dining area and kitchen. The primary suite is also located on this level. There is a hallway and half flight of stairs that connect you to the office, laundry room, family room, half bathroom and screened porch. The staircase in the family room leads you to the three guest bedrooms on the upper level of the home. You may access the pool deck via the great room or via the stairs from the screened porch. Off-street parking on the driveway for up to 4 cars is included in the rental rate.
NO SMOKING. Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night.
