#01187RR 9 N. Lovell Ave., Tybee Island, GA, 31328 CLASSIC 1930's beach cottage on Tybee's original cottage row. Tin roof, bead board walls, pocket windows, and picket-fenced yard. Less than 100 steps (99 1/2 to be precise!) from the beach. Very private beach access. Quaint, quiet retreat on a private road within walking distance to great restaurants, shopping. Perfect romantic getaway for a couple, girls retreat or adult vacation. Modern kitchen and bathroom; cable television with DVD player; iPOD sound system. We love, love, love this cottage!!! The colors and décor are adorable and bright and really make this cottage the perfect place to enjoy some time at the beach! Come make some special beach memories at Old Love Cottage! PLEASE NOTE- the back queen bedroom (with TV, A/C) is a separate cottage and not connected to the main cottage. The bathroom is located in the main cottage. The washer and dryer are located outside the main cottage. Due to the age and size of the historic cottage, adults are welcome. CAUTION: This cottage and separate queen bedroom suite, while adorable, are vintage buildings and as such have different levels with outdoor steps leading inside. WATCH YOUR STEP!! The back bedroom suite has a step down into the suite from the steps leading up to the suite. Complimentary off-street parking for 2 cars.. PLEASE NOTE: Minimum Age Requirement: Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
