Positive: The location of the flat is great-just in the city centre where you can find everything. The flat is sparkling clean and the bed is really comfy. For this part it is really a good value.
Negative: ...on the other hand, 2 days before arriving I receive a message that I have to pay 300€ deposit and without that I cannot enter the property. No, not fun especially when you cannot retract because you already paid. I had some issues with the payment which easn't easy, but the staff was polite and helped me. After this I receive a message in which they said that I have to throw the trash outside of the building (good luck for finding the designed trash bins outside) and that I have to leave before 10am or I ll have penalities. So so so not welcoming. The day before I left I received again the same message. I really didnn't enjoy it. I felt like I wasn't welcomed here and my job was almost cleaning the house for the next customers. One day after I checked out I received a message from the owner thanking me for leaving the appartment very clean. What's going on with this cleaning obsession? Other big issue was the noise. In the courtyard of the flat there is a restaurant and you hear a lot of noise till 1am. It's impossible to sleep especially when you also hear your neighbor walking in his flat. The noise isolation is really bad. This flat needs new isolating windows or people who really sleep well in noise. Unfortunately, despite the nice flat I will definately never come here again.
