25B Olive Avenue is an ocean block, two-story cottage. This quaint little rental features a first-floor bedroom and laundry, with a small lounge area. The second floor includes one bedroom, a full bath, kitchen and living area.

Summary: The location was great. It was disappointing because the house was dirty upon arrival and the water was not turned on. The cleaning people arrived quickly and addressed the issues which was appreciated. Our impression was we were the first guests of the season. Other than that the house was as expected and we had a great week!
