On the lower ground level you will find the third bedroom (queen) and fourth bedroom (queen), full bathroom (shower only) and laundry with washing machine and dryer. The ground level also boasts a very impressive games room. This room has a full size pool table, lounge area, LCD TV, Foxtel & Blu-Ray Player. The perfect spot for the teenagers to retreat to leaving the adults to enjoy the main living area upstairs and get some quiet time.
