Positive: We liked the view, the proximity to the pool. We liked the size of the house. A/C was very nice. Descent amount of kitchen utensils and plates/cups. Nice coffee maker.
Negative: The house was not clean. Beds were visibly dirty, dirt, dog hair. Had to do loads of laundry before we could sleep the first night. Floors were clean. Used shower with open soap wrapper. Master bed was not very comfortable.
Summary: The house had the beautiful view and was very peaceful once it was cleaned.
