Positive: Overall this place exceeded expectations. It felt that this time pictures in the portal did not allow to understand how good the place is. Large, green, well decorated garden with closed territory, swimming pool and grill area. Large, spacious, 2 level villa, suitable for 3-4 families. We were 7 grownups and 7 kids. All had own beds and large living room was good place for all to gather. Air conditioners all in place. Nearest beaches are 5-7 minutes by car. There are several options from large touristic places with sandy beaches to smaller, cozy beaches. Village nearby has good stores, some restaurant and very nice bakery.
Negative: Location is not ok if you are without the car. Walking to beaches is not comfortable due to small roads where only one car can fit. While we did stay there for one week and used a swimming pool a lot, we did feel it needs some more recovery (cleaning). Bedrooms in the ground floor had issues with water pressure in the shower and some minor visual defects (ceilings to be fixed).
