Positive: This is a lovely property with nice comfortable spacious rooms. Whilst the bedroom was immaculately and well equipped. The location was a little remote but we had read previous reviews and went to a restaurant 6 minutes away that was fantastic and better than expected.
Negative: I found the check in process very impersonal. Information on how to check in arrived after we left the previous hotel where we had WiFi so we didn’t get it. Once at the property we had no telephone signal (not there fault of course) but the property WiFi wasn’t working. We were asked to contact them but couldn’t. Other guests reported the problem. No one came to fix the problem. We sorted it ourselves by finding the rooter and turning off then on. Breakfast was mainly sweet no fresh bread. When I paid the local tax I realised later I had been given the wrong change-am sure just a mistake. All the emails said they were available to help but not really only if you had access to the internet.
