The home is the perfect peaceful environment to relax after a great day at the beach or exploring the wonderful sights and activities in South Florida. Perfect family neighborhood and location! This house is close to everything - shopping, beach, casinos, golf, and all of the amazing attractions that south Florida has to offer.
The neighbors are friendly and there are restaurants, coffee shops and parks in walking distance.
This property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. No party groups, spring breakers, family reunions, bachelor / bachelorette, birthday, or weekend getaway party's allowed. Responsible party must be 21 or older. We do not allow pets. Smoking is allowed outside the home only. No smoking is allowed anywhere inside the home.
**NOTE THE POOL HEATER DOES NOT WORK, THE POOL & SPA IS NOT HEATED.
We do not allow:
Parties. Please respect the space and the neighbors and keep noise levels down 9pm-9am, our neighbors are very strict about this and will call the cops if they hear a party or excess noise, so please let's avoid that.
Having more people than you listed on your reservation.
Smoking in the house. Smoking of any kind inside the home is subject to a $500 fee.
Any evidence of use of illegal drugs (ie. smoke).
NO drugs are allowed on the premises whatsoever including the backyard.
**We are very strict and DO NOT allow parties of any kind at the home or on the property. We do not allow more people at the property than are listed on your reservation. This is a family neighborhood and we expect all guests to be respectful of the home and neighbors.
The neighbors are highly sensitive to noise so we also do not allow loud speakers at the property. Failure to comply with these rules will result in eviction from the home and a $500 fine. You may only have the amount of people on the property are listed on your reservation. If you plan to have more people at the home or property than those listed on your reservation, you need to contact us in advance to get approval. Failure to do so may result in eviction.

ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 9 PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9PM.
