Positive: Room was spacious, comfortable and quiet.
Negative: Many of the stores in the facility were closed Mon-Weds, the pool and jacuzzi is advertised on TV for the resort as open 8am-11pm. However, when we went to use the jacuzzi at 7pm, a hotel rep advised the pool closed at 6pm on winter schedule. Made reservation on booking.com for first day, 3 Mar 25 and confirmation email still has masks mandatory under covid. Needs to be uodates. Made another reservation for 4 Mar 25 and it was with Expedia.com. I was told the reservations would be linked but they weren't. At check-in, the clerk advised she linked them, then at about 11am a hotel rep knocked on the door and asked if I had a late checkout. He called downstairs and understood I had another day reserved after all. Things happen, but this appears to be a slow time so should have been rectified at my check-in.
