Summary: The apartment is great, extremely well located - particularly for academics interactin with the ENS, or even Jussieu - quiet, opening to a beautiful garden, very conveniently furnished and equipped and the exchanges with the rental agency are efficent and professional. A few points to be aware of: check-in and check-out are quite long, about one hour each. One then receives a very long document with pictures of the property but, strangley, most are from stays of others. Heating is electric and electricity is payed separately from the rent - for colder months it easily can go over 150euros. There is a TV but it’s difficult to use. As a whole, the negatives were very minor and the experience was great !
