Summary: Very clean and well maintained property. Well furnished and equipped. Our only quibble was that the bathroom was actually en-suite with the main bedroom so with elderly people requiring a toilet during the night there was an element of intrusion. However, we were all family and coped. There is also a small step in that main bedroom that our more elderly family initially found problematic so anyone booking should be aware. Otherwise, this was an excellent base for exploring Ayrshire. There are also some very good restaurants eg Oscars and Curry On The Corner. We were fortunate to have clear skies and sunshine for our whole trip and were able to take advantage of the lovely garden in the late afternoons.when we returned from trips.
