3 Bedrooms, 1 full and 2 half baths: Main House: 1 bedroom with Queen and one bedroom with Bunk Bed. A futon in the living area offers flexible sleeping options. 1 full bath with shower and 1 half bath. The detached Barn offers 3 Twin beds and a half bath. The maximum occupancy is seven people, including children.
The Kith and Kin main house features a large open floor plan with French doors leading onto the spacious screened porch. The first floor of the barn is a game room with a bedroom and half bath above.

Summary: The reality was no help they need to put house no.s On the trash can holders we couldn’t find the house we called the realtors they never did call Back so we called the sheriff and they showed us where the house was I was disappointed that we didn’t have a washer and dryer at that price towels and linings should be included and washer and dryer
