Desirable Location Kingston Beach House is one of the most desirable property locations in Bequia, and makes for the perfect getaway - quiet, dreamy and romantic. Lower Bay is great for an easy relaxing life - with bars, beach cafe's and a small minimart shop. This charming villa rental really is just a stone's throw away from beautiful sand of Lower Bay Beach, and you are only a short water taxi from Princess Margaret Beach, or Port Elizabeth harbour, where you can dine, shop or arrange many activities including day trips, sailing and diving... The property is easy to access, and there is parking space available inside the gate. Traditional living area The living area is basic and traditional, but comfortable. There are a range of books to choose from under the stairs, and this is a great space to sit and read in the evenings after a long day at the beach, or an afternoon spent snorkeling. The living space also opens out to additional seating on the veranda. Wifi is provided. Kitchen and Dining The kitchen is simple, but well equipped with all usual amenities including a French press coffee maker, with a nice big window that lets in plenty of light. The inside dining area is lovely and fresh, and this area is open plan. 2 double bedrooms Kingston Beach House has 2 double bedrooms, with mosquito nets to keep you comfortable whilst you sleep. The rooms have a rustic style, with cool tiles and wooden walls and ceilings. The bedrooms share the family bathroom. Lovely Veranda and Enclosed Garden The veranda is a wonderful shady space, with wooden seating and a hammock overlooking the lovely enclosed garden, and the beach. From the veranda you can really appreciate how close you are to the sea, and the flowers and plants that frame this view are really beautiful, making the Kingston Beach House a great place to enjoy a relaxing Bequia holiday. Resident Cat at the Beach House There is a very friendly young cat residing at the Beach House, a family pet, but if guests prefer we can relocate the cat during bookings for the High Season.
