The private pool and deck have also been completely renovated with a custom outdoor bar & grill and plenty of seating for relaxing afternoons by the water. The 46 ft. dock is equipped with water, electricity & a fish cleaning table where you can prepare your catch of the day. The house is appointed with everything you need to comfortably enjoy your vacation in the Florida Keys...flat screen tv's, brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances & granite countertops, luxuriousy designed spacious bathrooms, and top of the line pillowtop mattresses & quality linens in each of the bedrooms guaranteeing you will sleep like a baby after your day of sun, fun & sightseeing.

Summary: We are repeat customers, and every time is as great as the last. Excellent location to call home while exploring all of the FL Keys. Home is equipped with many conveniences you wont find with homes managed by vacation rental companies. This home has one of the best living room setups and comfiest couches I've ever sat / laid on! Daily visits by the local manatees created an awesome experience for the whole family. Whether you just want to sit in the sun by the pool, relax while fishing the channel, or explore the many things to do in the FL Keys, this is a great place to stay! Owners are very nice and accessible should you have any issues or questions.
