This magnificent two-story home is fully furnished, sleeps 14, and offers stunning lake views from the back patio with a private pool and hot tub. A winding path leads down to a private boat dock. Enjoy cool breezes under a large covered veranda off the Great Room or take in the multitude of stars at night sitting around a stone fire pit on the cliff’s edge. Every room in this sensational get-away has captivating views of Lake Travis or the surrounding yard & golf course. Additionally, you and your guests have access to Golf, Tennis and Fitness Gym at Lakecliff Golf and Tennis Club. Insurance, Safety and Security: For insurance, safety and your security, four exterior mounted cameras have been installed and are viewable from Elan VIA wall viewing panels inside the house. The cameras are mounted as follows: 1) Front right corner of house – provides view of front driveway & garage doors. 2) Front left corner of house - provides view of front yard & street entrance. 3) Back right corner of house - provides view of fire pit & golf cart turn-around at lake & boat dock. 4) Inside garage on ceiling - provides view of small back door and golf cart garage door.
