Positive: Staying here was like booking into a serene retreat after several weeks of backpacking! Staff were welcoming and my room was spacious and beautifully comfortable and clean. I liked the art on the walls distinguishing each floor. The roof terrace was so much nicer than the photos and a perfect place to unwind with dinner or a drink looking out over the city. I loved being so close to the church and hearing the bells. Breakfast was good and it was nice to have the contact with other guests in the kitchen and terrace area but also lots of space to do our own thing. Also loved the fact that it's a social enterprise and run by women for women.
Negative: The only thing that might bother some guests was the sound of the church bells and the trams outside, however ear plugs are provided and the room itself was so comfortable that I found the exterior sounds quite relaxing.
Summary: Serene and luxurious, relaxed space. Would happily have stayed here for a week!
