Beautiful house of 40m2 composed of 3 floors very well equipped and located in a very quiet backyard near the Luxembourg Gardens, the Sorbonne and the Pantheon, 7 minutes walk from Saint Germain des Prés and 10 minutes from the Seine and of Our Lady.
Supermarket and grocery stores are available nearby to allow you to cook on site.
Transport (Bus and RER), Bicycle terminals and electric scooters are nearby for you to move around without problems.
The house is divided into 3 levels:
On the ground floor you will find: The toilets A bathroom with a small but elegant bathtub A dressing room, A fitted kitchen consisting of: a 415L two-door refrigerator, microwave oven, a fan-assisted cooking oven, a hotplate 4-plate induction, a hood, a toaster, a rice cooker, an espresso machine, a kettle, kitchen necessities (cutlery and utensils), a wireless Dyson vacuum cleaner,
On the 1st floor you will find a beautiful bedroom equipped with: a double bed with a modest but pleasant and bright view overlooking the courtyard, a 32-inch full LED connected television + French and international television channels, two storage units, blackout roller blinds.
On the 2nd floor a living room as well as a workspace equipped with: a skylight with blackout blind and a large bright window overlooking the roof and the courtyard, a sofa bed convertible into a comfortable 140/190 double bed, a 55-inch full LED Smart TV connected with a subscription television and international channels Bluetooth and AirPlay and Netflix/Prime video available, A desk.

Summary: I titled it not for older people because of the layout and size. There are 3 stories but every story of the place is extremely small and the “staircases” are more like ladders. My wife said it was like staying on a boat. Beware that the place gets somewhat hot and there is no air conditioning. They did have fans but my kids slept on the 3rd floor which was very warm. The place was very clean which was nice. Bathroom is split in two areas on the first floor. Shower/tub with a sink and then the other area had a toilet and very small sink. Water splashed all over when using sink. Location was great and the owners very VERY responsive. Overall, it was OK but I would not rent it again for that price.
