Positive: The apartment was super clean and had good radiator type heating, which was excellent for our winter stay. The WiFi is fine for most purposes, even streaming videos on your phone. It has full kitchen including a dish washer. The beds are 2 twins hooked together at the frame. Power outlets are plentiful and the shower and toilet are recently remodelled. The apartment is sheltered by a courtyard and reduced any street noise to a minimum with thick walls. There is beautiful morning light in the kitchen. The surrounding neighborhood has many restaurants and shops and the train and bus station is within 10-15 minute walk. The apartment manager replies to messages quickly and is the manager of the bar around the corner. He was very helpful. He allowed us to extend our stay by an extra day at an extremely affordable price. Not sure if that would be possible during a busier time though. There was a coffee machine and a nifty hot water pot that could heat water in seconds. Great for tea or an instant coffee if you need it. A lot of the residents speak English if your Deutsch is weak as mine was. Overall, very convenient, comfortable stay.
Negative: Personally I could adapt, but the bathroom is extremely narrow and the shower is small. I wouldn't recommend it for a rotund or full size person. Elbows IN, and make all turns in place. When I was squeegying the shower tiles, I kept elbowing the faucet handle and turning the water back on.
Summary: Great little apartment for two people in a nice neighborhood
