Summary: Ability to connect with someone about my reservation was difficult, even at check in you only deal with a counter computer for your room access. The one time I was able to actually reach a live person they provided wrong information resulting in my credit card to be canceled for possible fraudulent charges. The time wanted and stress involved was a major factor in my rating.
