There is a covered porch on the front of this home and a screened back porch overlooking the beautiful backyard and pool area. Enter the home on a covered staircase to the front porch from the carport area. The main floor of this home features the living area, dining area and kitchen that open to the back screened porch, a full bath and a bedroom. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
There is parking underneath the home and an enclosed outside shower. The beach is just a 5 minute walk.
Other amenities include: Ceiling Fans, Fireplace, Gas Grill, and Corn Hole Game in the backyard.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
