Enjoy spectacular views of the ocean from sunrise to sunset with the rolling waves at your doorstep. Sliding bi-fold doors enable you to bring the outside in.

The upstairs level :

The main king bedroom has absolute beach and ocean views with an extremely spacious and luxurious en-suite together with enclosed wardrobes. Enjoy your own private balcony to take in the ocean view.
The second bedroom has one single bed and enclosed wardrobes which adjoins the shared bathroom that boasts a large shower and toilet.
The 3rd bedroom has 2 king single beds together with enclosed wardrobes and also adjoins the shared bathroom.

The mezzanine level overlooks the front entrance and dining room area .

The downstairs level:

Front and side entrance doors for convenience and easy access to the property. Upon entering the front door, majestic ocean views will stop you in your tracks.
The kitchen is a chef's dream with endless wooden bench tops, Smeg appliances, 2 drawer dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. This leads out to the bbq patio area and lawn which paves the way to your own pathway to the beach.
There is a 55" Sony Flat Screen with a range of dvds.
Fully ducted air-conditioning system.
Powder room
Main bathroom which boasts a large shower and a luxurious bath to relax and wash the sun's rays away .
The children's bedroom has 4 single bunk beds which are of a superior quality and design.
The last bedroom on this level has a queen bed.
Further down the hallway, stairs lead you to the lower level where the laundry is located with a large washing machine, dryer and drying rack. The garage is also located on this level which houses 3 cars comfortably.

All linen and towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels.

A starter pack of toilet paper, soaps and cleaning items are supplied but you will need to purchase more during your stay.
