Summary: After an initial hiccup communication with Melissa was excellent. Check in was easy , she arranged early access to drop our cases before the apartment was ready, gave instructions to travel from the airport and wonderful recommendations for restaurants and shops . The location was easy to use as a base to get around. The lift was small, added to the fun, but very functional. A great space for our group of 4 adults - washer and dryer added bonuses .
