Location -Please scroll down to see this propertys exact location on Google maps. Freshwater is ideal in summer as it is directly across the road from the northern end of Seven Mile Beach which is perfectfor families with kids.
The Blue Swimmer cafe and restaurant isonly a 5 min stroll away or Gerringong is a 7 minute drive away with a great selection of cafes, shops and some restaurants.
Key features - Freshwater is a traditional beach house with a relaxed style,perfect for your extended family to gather together for a memorable beach holiday. It islocated oppositeSeven Mile Beach, with uninterrupted views towards Mt Coolangatta. There is a large deck at the front of the house, where you canwatch pelicans floating along the river or the surfers in the waves.
Configuration - Freshwater is made up of a main house and a cottage that is accessed via the deck or one of the bedrooms.Ideal for two families, with two separate living areas split between the main house and separate cottage.
The main house has 3 bedrooms, 2with queen beds, (the main with TV andDVD)and onewith 2 single beds. There are2 bathrooms,each bathroom has a vanity, toilet and large shower recess. 2nd bathroom also has a washing machine and laundry sink.
The rest of the house is open plan with a large gourmet kitchen with all amenities including microwave, electric hob and oven, dishwasher and wine fridge, and2 plungers for coffee.
The lounge/ dining area haswonderful beach and mountain views, flat screen TV, DVD player,DVD library, Foxteland a dining table to seat 8. There is also aprivate reading room at rear of the property with 2 two seater sofas.
In the cottage there are2 bedrooms,1 double bedroom and one bedroom with 2 single beds.
1 bathroom plus a laundry withwashing machine and laundry sink.
There is also a living/dining area with TV and DVD and self-contained kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge and dishwasher. This space opens out onto large deck shared by the main house.
Outdoors - Freshwater has a huge veranda entertaining area, half undercover and half open air withseating for 10 plus large BBQ.There is also a grassed area at the front of the property.
Heating and cooling - Freshwater has reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fansin the main living area of the main house. There are also ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and the living area of the cottage. Heaters are provided for the cooler months.
Linen - Sheets, pillows, blankets or doonas, linen and bath and beach towels are provided at this property.
Parking -There is off street, open air parking for 3 cars on the driveway, there arealso parking spaces across the road on the street.The garage is locked and not available for guest use.

Minimum stay -There is a minimum 2 night stay for all bookings, which changes to 3 nights on long weekends, 4 nights at Easter and 7 night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Peak changeover day -Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Internet/WiFi access -This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that we or the owner cannot guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable it is problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
